Dear Community Members,
It is an extreme honor to serve as your first Administrative Director of South Beauregard Recreation District 2 (SBRD2). South Beauregard has been my family’s home since 2015 and our love for this community runs deep. The unique opportunity we have to make a multi-generational impact through our work at SBRD2 cannot be overstated. Our overall mission is simple; to facilitate a recreational environment where individuals and families become community.
Recreation is not a code word for sports; simply defined it means “an activity done for enjoyment when not working”. Recreation’s purpose is not to escape life but to experience life. While our facilities strongly highlight our athletic complexes, we have a deep passion for a host of recreational activities that benefit our community such as art, bingo, senior adult gatherings, fishing, and so much more.
